When promoting our products, one of the biggest challenges is how to "convey" our image and brand rather than just "explain." As the old saying goes, "Don't tell me you're funny, just tell a joke." POLISH™ helped clients launch the online event "Lexus AI Creative Cabin," connecting users with the trends in Lexus and AI technology. 1. Starting from Self-Exploration, Craft Your Unique Lexus Creative Experience
For individuals, be it astrological forecasts or personality tests, everyone loves exploring or verifying some known characteristics about themselves. POLISH™ leveraged this profound human insight to guide users: "Begin your creative journey." Following this experience trail, users engage with our Lexus Creative Cabin through a series of interactive questions, ultimately receiving a custom-tailored set of music and result images.

Another navigation path allows users to skip the experience stage, directly exploring the works of other users, including a series of creations by Lexus Creative Cabin users and car model introductions, further familiarizing users with this event.
The website operates alongside other initiatives (managed by Dentsu Marketing Group and Xiao Jun Marketing Team), including digital outdoor advertising, KOL collaborations, social media partnerships, and industry media promotions. It has also become a physical touchpoint in Lexus launch activities, offering content for users to share on social media, enhancing and amplifying our pioneering message.

How can Lexus models be generated by AI in different environments? Through the efforts of the POLISH™ team, this challenging task has been accomplished. We enabled the models to adapt to various scenarios while maintaining product details such as body color and logo, transforming POLISH™’s perspective on this current situation.

3. The Technological Balance and Performance Innovation Behind Immersive Creative Experiences
POLISH™ created a themed creative cabin for Lexus, integrating multiple AI image and music generation technologies, crafting an immersive interactive scene that makes users feel as if they are in a futuristic world. We not only focus on visual impact but also thoughtfully consider the visual and sensory buffer users expect after making choices at each interaction rhythm, ensuring a naturally smooth experience process.
However, as the content in the creative cabin became increasingly complex and the data volume grew larger, we had to find a balance between high-quality experience and performance. To prevent backend server overload and excessive fees, we ultimately decided to move the video synthesis process to the client-side, automatically combining AI-generated images and music into videos at the frontend for users to download and share.
This optimization reduced the time needed for video synthesis by 60%, allowing users to choose to download, share links, or spread via social media according to their context, further propelling the reach and influence of the overall event.
