Why every role sits in-house
The team is spread across Taiwan, Japan, and Australia, working fully remote.
3D projects usually stall in one place: the modelers and the engineers cannot talk to each other. A delivered file will not run, it goes back for rework, and two weeks are gone.
When both roles sit on the same team, that translation layer simply does not exist.
How we make calls
When there is a trade-off to make, we decide in this order.

3D runs in the browser, no app download
Asking people to install an app loses most of them. The same content should run on desktop, mobile, and AR/VR.

Performance is part of the design, not a final pass
The first thing we do with a model is count polygons and estimate load time. If it will not run smoothly, how good it looks does not matter.

AI on private data runs in your own environment
Internal documents should not leave the company. If you want AI, the data stays wherever you specify.

A clear scope beats a pleasant conversation
Every deliverable in our quote is written as something you can verify on the spot. A little more time up front, far fewer arguments later.

We will tell you when it is a bad fit
For some requirements, 3D is the most expensive answer. We will say so rather than push a project through.
