(Polish AI)

Applied AI.

On-site AI assistants, custom content generation, AI imagery, and AI film.

Every service starts with data and rules: data stays in a designated environment, answers cite sources, and costs and quotas are set in advance.

(AI assistant)

Ask about selection, compare schools,
get a report from AI

Students enter a question and choose schools and topics. AI turns the designated data into a school comparison report. Used at the National Taiwan University overseas education fair.

  • Designated data only, nothing from the open web
  • Citations checked by code, with mismatches removed
  • Student IDs, emails, and phone numbers masked before submission
  • Out-of-scope topics set by organizational policy
  • Adjustable weekly quotas and daily caps

(Knowledge)

Enterprise knowledge Q&A,
with answers traceable to the source

Documents, emails, and group records become a searchable knowledge base. Excerpts are verified word for word, and mismatches are discarded. Data stays in the designated environment.

  • Run on about 1,600 documents
  • About 13,000 excerpts verified
  • New hires can search internal knowledge directly

(Data)

Where data goes,
confirmed item by item before work starts

The following four items are confirmed before a project starts and written into the scope document.

  • Data storage location
  • Model provider
  • Whether data is used for training
  • Retention period
  • Also: keys stay on the back end, and personal data is masked before reaching the AI

(AI imagery)

One set of characters and one palette,
extended into a full set of visuals

Once a style rule is set, key visuals, scenes, social posts, and web illustrations all follow it, each reviewed individually. Product images keep details such as paint color and logos.

  • Character sheets and palette locked first
  • Consistent series, ready for ongoing production
  • Images and music merged into video in the browser, 60% faster

(AI film)

Two film
styles.

One production process produces a Japanese-style action animation and a cinematic realist short film.

Characters, scenes, and storyboards are locked first, then generation and editing begin. Click a film to enlarge it. Sound included.

Japanese-style action animation

Action storyboards and character designs are locked first, then generated shot by shot and edited. 30 seconds, horizontal.

Cinematic realist short film

Characters, scenes, and props are designed first, then generated shot by shot with a documentary look. 129 seconds, vertical.

(Fit)

Fit and
limits.

Where this works, and where it does not

Good fit

  • Internal knowledge scattered across documents and chat groups, hard for new hires to find
  • Repetitive support replies where answers must stay controlled
  • Many products and plans that call for guided selection
  • Social, advertising, and training content that must be produced on a steady schedule
  • Brands that need coordinated series of images and video

Not recommended

  • Cases where data has not been organized. Data organization comes first, then adoption is assessed.
  • Needs limited to general Q&A. Off-the-shelf tools are enough, and customization is unnecessary.
