Security, back office and search visibility all have modules ready to combine.

(Security)

Security at government-project level,
with a multi-year record

Years of work with the Ministry of Education and other government agencies. Systems are developed and operated to government security regulations. Vulnerability scans, source code testing, and penetration tests are supported, each finding is remediated, and retests show zero high-, medium-, and low-risk findings. After launch, operations are supported under the SLA.

Government project record

Years of support for the Ministry of Education and other government agencies, from the design contract through to the engineering contract.

High, medium, and low risk all at 0

Each scan finding is remediated, then retested down to zero before delivery.

Support under SLA standards

Availability targets, incident reporting, and handling procedures are agreed per project and written into the contract.

(Back office)

Schools, members, events, and live streams,
managed in one back office

Sign-in opens on pending items, then trends and upcoming sessions. Every metric expands to its full formula, sharing one definition with the data query. The NTU Overseas Education Expo back office follows this principle.

  • Pending items first, hidden automatically when clear
  • Event sign-up, check-in, live sessions, and on-site notifications
  • Direct replies to user feedback from the back office
  • Report ratings and content flags in one view
  • Masked emails, no IP addresses in tracking

(Fit)

Fit and
limits.

Where this works, and where it does not

Good fit

  • Security requirements in bids and procurement: data residency, log retention, vulnerability scanning and remediation
  • Vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and drill support for public-sector projects
  • Member, event, and content back offices that must run long term
  • Existing websites that need better visibility in search and AI engines
  • MVP scoping while the product direction is still open
  • Changing vendors on an existing system with incomplete code or documentation

Not recommended

  • Needs limited to a static promotional page. When a back office, membership, or long-term operation is not required, a standard website build is enough.
