Project budget ranges

Three ranges cover the projects we have taken on. Find the row closest to what you need.

Project typeReference range (incl. tax)Timeline
Brand site / small-to-mid interactive siteNT$150,000–330,0008–20 weeks
3D interactive site / configuratorCore offeringNT$300,000–650,00012–22 weeks
Large platform / digital twinNT$650,000 and up12–30 weeks

These are reference ranges including tax. The actual quote depends on the number of models and the feature list.

What determines the price

When an enquiry comes in, these are the first four numbers we ask for.

01

Number of primary models

How many main products or vehicles need to be built. Each one carries its own modelling, rigging and testing hours.

02

Swappable parts per model

A bike with an interchangeable saddle, handlebars and wheelset counts as three parts. The more parts, the faster material and state combinations multiply.

03

Total number of accessories

The smaller parts that attach to a primary model. The count maps directly to modelling hours and to how complex the option interface becomes.

04

Number of environment scenes

How many settings the product needs to be shown in. Every extra scene means another lighting setup, background and round of performance tuning.

These four variables drive the modelling and development hours, and they are the line items on the quote.

Add-ons and 3D modeling

01

Optional add-ons

Prices below include tax. Skip what you do not need — a shorter feature list means a shorter timeline.

02

Modelling fees

If you do not already have usable 3D files, this is billed separately.

MetricCost
Primary modelNT$30,000–80,000 each
Accessory modelNT$5,000–15,000 each
Environment sceneNT$20,000–60,000 per scene
Model revisionNT$3,000–10,000 per update

If you already have CAD or 3D files, this cost usually goes away. Before you start, read what to prepare in your 3D filesto check that the format and level of detail line up.

Annual upkeep

Hosting and maintenance are two separate costs, quoted separately. This is the item clients most often conflate.

MetricCostNotes
Hosting and domainNT$15,000–120,000 / yearScales with server spec and traffic
Maintenance service fee15–20% of total project value / yearProportional to the total project value

What the maintenance fee covers

  • Security updates
  • Troubleshooting existing features
  • Server monitoring

What it does not cover

  • New feature development
  • Redesigns

Both are quoted separately as projects. They do not come out of the maintenance fee.

The other two product lines

01

AI video production

This is our best-documented line, so we can give firm prices and timelines.

MetricBatchPriceTimeline
15-second vertical short videoBatches of 5NT$150,000–160,000 before tax5 weeks
90-second explainer animationMinimum order of 3About NT$130,000 each, incl. tax7 weeks each

Every engagement delivers:

  • Storyboard
  • Final MP4
  • 15-second teaser
  • Banner adaptations
  • Chinese and English subtitles

Finished videos and characters become the client's property once the final payment clears.

02

Polish+ (consulting and security)

Priced per engagement. We do not publish a budget range for this line.

You can start with a technical consulting pilot that delivers an assessment report, then decide whether to go further.

How we work together

These are the terms clients ask about most, so they are written down here.

01

Payment

Most projects are 50% up front and 50% on completion, wired within 14 days of invoice. Large projects are billed against milestones.

02

Quote validity

28 days. After that we recalculate based on current hours and availability.

03

Acceptance

Feature adjustments, interface refinements and bug fixes during the QC period are free of charge. Any change after the acceptance period closes, bugs included, is quoted separately.

04

Acceptance deadline

If we hear nothing within 10 calendar days of delivery, the work is considered accepted.

05

Source code

Compiled builds are delivered by default. Uncompiled, editable source code adds 20% to the project quote.

Next steps

If you already have 3D files and want to see a result first, request a free POC. If you are still scoping, talking is faster.
