What the maintenance fee covers
- Security updates
- Troubleshooting existing features
- Server monitoring

Three ranges cover the projects we have taken on. Find the row closest to what you need.
| Project type | Reference range (incl. tax) | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Brand site / small-to-mid interactive site | NT$150,000–330,000 | 8–20 weeks |
| 3D interactive site / configuratorCore offering | NT$300,000–650,000 | 12–22 weeks |
| Large platform / digital twin | NT$650,000 and up | 12–30 weeks |
These are reference ranges including tax. The actual quote depends on the number of models and the feature list.
When an enquiry comes in, these are the first four numbers we ask for.
How many main products or vehicles need to be built. Each one carries its own modelling, rigging and testing hours.
A bike with an interchangeable saddle, handlebars and wheelset counts as three parts. The more parts, the faster material and state combinations multiply.
The smaller parts that attach to a primary model. The count maps directly to modelling hours and to how complex the option interface becomes.
How many settings the product needs to be shown in. Every extra scene means another lighting setup, background and round of performance tuning.
These four variables drive the modelling and development hours, and they are the line items on the quote.
Prices below include tax. Skip what you do not need — a shorter feature list means a shorter timeline.
| Metric | Cost |

| Additional language | NT$3,000 / month / language |
| AI customer service | NT$0.5 per message |
Additional languages and AI customer service are recurring costs. Everything else is one-off.
If you do not already have usable 3D files, this is billed separately.
| Metric | Cost |
|---|---|
| Primary model | NT$30,000–80,000 each |
| Accessory model | NT$5,000–15,000 each |
| Environment scene | NT$20,000–60,000 per scene |
| Model revision | NT$3,000–10,000 per update |
If you already have CAD or 3D files, this cost usually goes away. Before you start, read what to prepare in your 3D filesto check that the format and level of detail line up.
Hosting and maintenance are two separate costs, quoted separately. This is the item clients most often conflate.
| Metric | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting and domain | NT$15,000–120,000 / year | Scales with server spec and traffic |
| Maintenance service fee | 15–20% of total project value / year | Proportional to the total project value |
Both are quoted separately as projects. They do not come out of the maintenance fee.
This is our best-documented line, so we can give firm prices and timelines.
| Metric | Batch | Price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15-second vertical short video | Batches of 5 | NT$150,000–160,000 before tax | 5 weeks |
| 90-second explainer animation | Minimum order of 3 | About NT$130,000 each, incl. tax | 7 weeks each |
Every engagement delivers:
Finished videos and characters become the client's property once the final payment clears.
Priced per engagement. We do not publish a budget range for this line.
You can start with a technical consulting pilot that delivers an assessment report, then decide whether to go further.
These are the terms clients ask about most, so they are written down here.
Most projects are 50% up front and 50% on completion, wired within 14 days of invoice. Large projects are billed against milestones.
28 days. After that we recalculate based on current hours and availability.
Feature adjustments, interface refinements and bug fixes during the QC period are free of charge. Any change after the acceptance period closes, bugs included, is quoted separately.
If we hear nothing within 10 calendar days of delivery, the work is considered accepted.
Compiled builds are delivered by default. Uncompiled, editable source code adds 20% to the project quote.
If you already have 3D files and want to see a result first, request a free POC. If you are still scoping, talking is faster.
